    In recent years, we’ve embarked on a significant shift towards events as we digitally transform how our clients connect with their customers.
     
    Our digital events have successfully expanded their reach and yielded better results than physical events.
     
    Therefore we developed the NowEvent platform – a virtual event hosting solution for clients in November 2020 and have continued to enhance it in anticipation of future needs. We also developed a standalone app, NowVue, which will offer features above and beyond other industry competitors, such as BlueJeans and Zoom, that will be launched on iOS and Android in the near future.
     
    These features include PIP viewing, casting via Airplay and Chromecast and Sessions, where viewers can watch Broadcast, VOD or Simu-Live events. These features are designed to enable users to access content at their convenience.


    In the last year, we’ve helped over 100 clients conceptualise, promote, plan and host their events. Despite the pandemic, we’ve managed to grow our client list in the last quarter to include local, regional and international organisations such as Mastercard, SAP, Matterport, Veeam, NUS, SIT and the NHG Healthcare Group. We’ve also continued to expand our work with existing clients such as Dell Technologies, Standard Chartered, Okta, Oracle, Workday, Amazon and many more.

    We begin every project by understanding the needs of each client, following which we inject our own creative touch to create an engaging programme that deepens the customer experience with our clients’ products or services. This can be challenging at times with digital events as technological restrictions impact the methods through which we can create immersion.

    ST Engineering tasked us to create a brand new programme that would enable them to feature all of their innovations to top-level global leaders of defence organisations and government institutions worldwide. These products spanned Land, Air, Sea and even Space.
     
    Apart from the challenge of showing real-life innovations in a digital landscape and format, we also had no existing framework or examples to guide us. This was the first time ST Engineering presented its innovations together across the entire company. With little to no pre-existing data to base our planning upon, it was more challenging to develop a concept that would work. We also had a tight timeline, which added to the challenge. 
     
    Our creative team started from a blank page – asking how we could design an event to showcase every innovation and communicate them effectively to the audience. This led to a realisation that we needed a two-part solution to this problem and a way to integrate them into one seamless experience.
     
    The result was a dual-pronged approach: to design a virtual exhibition that would enable the client to present their products and services effectively through virtual demonstrations and a live event that could showcase each of them to the audience.
     
    This event required even greater involvement than usual of our client’s products because we needed to understand how we could best showcase their unique selling points within a virtual space and highlight them quickly and effectively to the audience. We needed to know how the products would be used from the audience’s point of view to create the right assets for the live event and the virtual exhibition. The entire team was involved in every step of the event from start to end.
     
    We were able to execute this radical event for ST Engineering in such a short time thanks to our team’s integration and cooperation despite the challenges INVOLVED. Not only did it introduce a new way of presenting their product innovations to the audience, but it also resulted in a permanent virtual exhibition that could be renewed for use over and over again, extending the event’s longevity.
