Workday SKO 2021: A Successful Hybrid Event Experience
CATEGORY: Hybrid Event
SERVICES: Events Management
The Workday Skills and Knowledge Organization (SKO) conference took place on April 15-16, 2021, and it was a huge success. This year’s event was a hybrid format, with both in-person and virtual attendees. The conference brought together Workday experts, customers, and partners to share knowledge, learn about the latest Workday innovations, and network with peers.
The event kicked off with a keynote speech from Workday’s CEO, Aneel Bhusri. He highlighted the company’s achievements over the past year and discussed the future of work and how Workday is poised to help organizations navigate the changing landscape. Attendees were also treated to a variety of keynote sessions from Workday leaders, customers, and partners. These sessions covered topics such as the future of finance, the power of data and analytics, and how to drive digital transformation.
One of the highlights of the event was the customer panel discussion. Customers shared their experiences with Workday and discussed how the platform has helped them drive business results. Attendees were able to ask questions and gain insights on how to best leverage Workday in their own organizations.
The conference also featured a variety of breakout sessions, covering topics such as finance, human resources, and supply chain. These sessions were led by Workday experts and customers, and provided attendees with the opportunity to dive deeper into specific topics and learn more about best practices.
The virtual aspect of the event was also a huge success. Attendees were able to join the conference from anywhere in the world and had access to the same content and networking opportunities as in-person attendees. The virtual platform also featured a virtual exhibit hall, where attendees were able to visit vendor booths and learn more about Workday’s partners and products.
Overall, Workday SKO 2021 was a valuable experience for attendees. The hybrid format allowed for a diverse group of attendees to come together and learn from one another, while also providing flexibility for those who were unable to attend in person. Attendees left the conference with new knowledge, connections, and ideas for how to drive success with Workday. We look forward to seeing everyone again at next year’s event.
